Our approach
im@c® is our company wide innovation management system - Innovation Management @ Composites, developed as state of the art in innovation approaches. im@c® was explicitly designed for 3A Composites and the needs of its customers. Thus it has a strong focus on the early phase of the innovation process with strategic market and technology scouting, as well as customer integration through the whole innovation process.
The im@c® roadmap visualizes our innovation strategy and contains a highly attractive pipeline of new products and services, which will deliver several new products every year.
With our current innovation organization, a combination of centralized and on site development & competence centers, we have a powerful, world class innovation engine, well connected to external institutes and innovation cells.
